Delete your account in the app
Open Settings → Account in Dolfinspeak.
Choose Delete account and confirm. You need an internet connection.
This closes your account, cancels any subscription billed to you straight away, and removes your recordings from this device. The details we keep about your recordings are erased after 30 days. This can't be undone.
If you'd rather we erase your data right away instead of after 30 days, sign in at api.dolfinspeak.com/org, use the Delete account card and tick Erase my data immediately.
What gets deleted
When the 30 days are up, or straight away if you chose that, your filter settings, Dictionary, preferences and other personal data are deleted, and your name and email are removed from your account. We keep billing and consent records, without any of your content, where we need them by law or to run the service.
Seals you've sent stay online, but they show as withdrawn and the sealed text is erased.
If you own a team workspace that still has other members, you'll need to hand it over or remove them before you can delete your account.
For details on how long records are kept, see our Privacy Policy. Questions? Email [email protected].
